Beginners Night - Wednesday 14th April
Learn Poker & Dealing - (Max 15 People)

A few people have shown an interested in a beginners night.

This is aimed at players with no or very little poker playing knowledge, who want to learn the basics of play, and how to deal at a table.

The session will consist of :-

• A lesson into playing poker
• Playing series of practice hands
• How to deal at a Poker Table
• A small stakes tournament game at the end to add some fun.

The session will be £10 including money for the prize. The session will start at 7:30pm and will finish about 10:00pm.

Tournament Results - 5th Feb

Just wanted to say thanks for everyone who turned up to play and made the 1st game an enjoyable experience.

The level of play was excellent and the atmosphere at the tables was really friendly, I hope you all had a good night.

Monthly Tournaments Starting February 2010

Starting on the 5th February 2010 we will be holding Monthly Texas Hold'em Poker Tournaments.

The tournaments will be held a Watton Sports & Social Club in their Gallary bar.

Please see our tournaments page for full details.

Watton Social Club holds a Club gaming Permit allowing it to hold unlimited prize value poker tournaments.

If demand for these events is high then we can increase the frequency of the tournaments.

Along side the tournament will be cash tables and sit 'n' go tables available upon request.

The first tournament will be limited to 50 players, you can register for a seat in advance. Registration will open early January.

Within a couple of months once the tournaments have established registration will no longer be required.
